Permeating polymeric film forming and crystallizing sealer for seepage and dampness

Key Benefits

  • One Part waterborne
  • Seal by crystallization and film formation
  • Water vapor permeable to allow drying
  • Will not support Algae growth
  • Fine hairline cracks sealing
  • No need to hack your floor tiles
  • It's permanent and transparent
  • Excellent ultra-violet and heat resistant

Our product is a one component waterborne dual actions dampness sealing and waterproofing chemical for concrete. Manufactured from a blend of Inorganic and Organic Polymers, it achieves both surface and in-depth sealing by both film formation and crystallization. The organic polymer is resistant to household and construction chemicals providing long term surface protection. Containing a mild biocide it inhibits organic growth without endangering the environment.

On application, it penetrates deeply into the substrate and crystallized, providing in-depth sealing. As leakage slow and eventually stop, another component dries to form a second waterproof barrier and strengthen the substrate. A third component increases the concrete PH to greater than 10 reducing re-bar corrosion. Depending on the quantity applied, the curing process, while provide rapid protection, will continue as long as there are active components and moisture.

Principal Applications
  • Waterproofing of tiled kitchen and toilet without hacking
  • Waterproofing of Concrete rooftop and car park deck
  • Balcony, Staircase, Corridor and Inter-floor
  • Concrete road and bridge deck waterproofing
Application Process
  • Preparation - Remove all loose materials by high pressure jetting (>2000 psi or > 1mm with quick setting hydraulic cement compound.
  • Flood Infusion Treatment (FIT) specialize technique, is used to stop leaking without hacking and must be carried out by trained applicator. This involves the flooding of the entire surface and allows seeking and sealing all weak areas.
  • Permeation Technique (PT) general treatment is used to treat large area but using a smaller quantity of material during treatment. It is particularly useful for repairing concrete rooftop, bridge, canopy, car park and common corridor. It involves removing small section of screed till base concrete and filling it to permeate the porous screed, concrete and the interface. This also consolidates and strengthens the substrate. The hole can be filled with 1:3 OPC/Sand mix at 0.3~0.4 water: OPC ratio.
  • Finishing – The treated substrates do not require further treatment. If subsequent finishing is desired, our recommendation is a follows:
    • Chemical resistant Epoxy Coating can be applied directly after at least 24 hours of curing. If in doubt, a test patch should be carried out.
    • Plaster, Screed and tiles – no bonding agent is needed
    • Asphalt concrete – can be hot rolled directly onto dried surface after at least 2 hours drying
    • Waterproofing membrane – liquid applied waterborne and sheet membranes may be applied to dried surface after at least 24 hours drying to minimize blistering f membranes.
